    I made the Caramel Apple (Not on a Stick) Cake last night…it was fabulous!

    As made with the Gluten Free flours listed in the recipe, it’s very dense, almost like a bread. I’m going to play with the flours a bit and see if I can come up with one closer to cake flour, for a lighter option.

    Overall, the flavor was great, especially with the almond meal in it. I had to fight to save one piece…
