The other day I had what can only be described as an EPIC Baking FAIL.
That’s okay with me, they happen to all of us, at some point or another we do something and it just doesn’t work. Mine was 2 fold, and both can be learning experiences for me, and since I have this forum, hopefully others can too.

The first and most glaring is what looks like a cheesecake topped with turds, it’s also the easiest to explain what went wrong.
Not all of my cheesecakes get a graham cracker crust, several of them get other things, one in particular
