Behold my giant purple cauliflower.

This thing is huge, the cutting board it’s sitting on is 12 inches across.



I only need to feed two, so half of that is getting mashed (thanks for the idea Merlene), and the other half will be roasted.

For those who haven’t seen a purple one before, they taste the same, but it will have different nutrients, purple foods are high in antioxidants.
